Nikolas Villas is a cluster of 35 furnished appartments, the 29th of those are able to accommodate 2-4 persons and the rest 6 of them (studios) 1-2 persons.

All the appartments are built in an exquisite area of 5000 m, full of green lawn, several types of trees and colorful, scented flowers. They provide a bathroom with shower, balcony or terrace with table and chairs, with view either to the sea or to the pool or to the garden, a fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, electrical cooking plates, oven, coffee-machine, kettle and cooker-hood), telephone with direct connection and hairdryer. They also provide safe box and air-condition on request at extra charge for all the appartments.
